Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh mushrooms, remove stems
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 1/2 tbsp chopped garlic
- 2 tbsp soy sauce

Cut mushroom stems off. Heat oil in frying pan and add garlic. Cook garlic over medium-low heat around 4-6 minutes. Do not let garlic burn. Add mushrooms and cook 2-3 minutes. Add soy sauce; toss and serve immediately.
