Beef in Wine Sauce

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs sirloin steak (cut in 1/4-inch strips)
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 cans golden mushroom soup
  • 2 cups burgundy wine

Directions

  1. Season meat to taste. Dredge strips in flour and brown in skillet. Add wine and soup and stir. Simmer covered for 2 hours. Serve with noodles.
