Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs flank steak
- 3/4 cup dry red wine
- 1 1/2 tsp lemon pepper
- 1 tsp garlic
Directions

Combine wine, garlic and lemon pepper and pour over steak. Cover and marinate in fridge overnight. Coat broiler rack with cooking spray and place flank steak on rack. Let flank steak return to room temperature. Broil 3-4 inches from heat for 7 minutes on each side. Slice steak across grain into thin slices to serve.
