- 6- 4 oz tenderloin steaks
- 8 oz fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 large garlic clove, minced
- 1 cup cooking sherry
Directions

In large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray, saute mushrooms and garlic for 4 minutes. Add sherry and cook until liquid is reduced. Stir frequently, set aside and keep warm. Broil tenderloin steaks for 5 minutes on each side. Arrange on platter and pour heated sherried mushroom sauce over steaks.
