Chicken and Rice Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breasts, cooked and cut into pieces
  • 3- 14.5 oz cans chicken broth
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 3/4 cup uncooked converted white rice
  • 1/2 cup sliced celery
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tbsp parsley flakes
  • 2 tsp lemon and herb seasoning

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW 6-8 hrs.
