Ingredients
- 16 oz can cream-style corn
- 1 cup chopped peeled potatoes
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 tsp celery seeds
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2- 14.5 oz can vegetable broth
- 16 oz jar processed cheese
Directions

In slow cooker, combine corn, potatoes, carrots, onion, celery seeds and pepper. Add broth. Cover and cook on LOW 8-10 hrs. Turn to HIGH. Stir cheese into slow cooker. Cover and cook 30-60 minutes or until cheese is melted and blended.
