Ingredients
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil, divided
- 3-4 lbs boneless beef chuck, cut into pieces
- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup beef
- 4 oz can chopped jalapenos
- 1/3 cup chili powder
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp salt
Directions

Heat 2 tbsp oil in skillet over medium heat. Add beef and brown all sides. Transfer to slow cooker. Add remaining 2 tbsp oil to skillet and saute onions and bell peppers until soft. Transfer to slow cooker. In slow cooker, stir in beer, jalapenos, chili powder, oregano, cumin and salt. Cover and cook on LOW 6-8 hrs.
