Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 cups oats
- 2 cups slightly crushed cornflakes
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
Directions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cream together the butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla.
- In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
- Fold flour mixture into butter-egg mixture.
- Stir oats, cornflakes, coconut and chocolate chips into flour mixture.
- Drop dough by large spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
