Cracked Pepper Salmon Fillets

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp. coarsely ground pepper
- 1 tsp. blackened seasoning
- 2 (6oz.) salmon fillets
- Vegetable cooking spray
- Green Tomato-Cranberry Chutney
Directions
- Combine first 4 ingredients in a shallow dish. coat both sides of fillets with parsley mixture.
- Cook fillets, skin side down, in a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat 10 minutes. Cover and cook 5 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork. Serve with Green Tomato-Chutney, ( homemade or bought).
