Pimento-Creamed Corn

Ingredients

  • 3 oz. pimento cheese spread, softened
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 tsp. butter
  • 2 cups cooked corn from cob (3 to 4 medium ears) or one 1 lb. can corn, drained

Directions

  1. In a medium saucepan or skillet, combine pimento cheese spread, milk, butter and salt. Cook and stir over low heat until cream cheese melts. Stir in corn. cook until corn is heated through.
