Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. cooked, flaked crab
- 16 oz. softened cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
- 1 pinch garlic salt
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided use
- paprika
Directions
- Mix crab, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, dry mustard, garlic salt and all except about 1/3 of the Cheddar cheese and the paprika. Press firmly into baking dish. Bake at 325 degrees for about 20 minutes. Remove and spread remaining Cheddar cheese on top.
- Return to oven for 10-15 minutes or until dip becomes bubbly and is slightly browned on top. Serve with crackers, chips or toasted bread pieces.
