Ingredients
- 2 cups Bisquick original All-purpose mix
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups (6oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 small onion, cut in half and thinly sliced
- 1 (8oz.) container sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 (14oz.) can Italian-style tomatoes, drained
- 1 (14 oz.) can French-style green bens, drained
- 2 tsp. lemon pepper

Stir together baking mix, milk, and 1.2 cup cheese. Turn dough out onto a surface sprinkled with baking mix. Shape into a ball, and knead dough 3 to 4 times. Press dough evenly into bottom and 1 inch up sides of a 13-x9-inch baking dish.
- Bake at 450 degrees for 5 to 7 minutes.
- Cook beef, onion, and mushrooms in a large skillet until beef is browned, stirring until it crumbles; drain well.
- Stir in tomatoes and next 3 ingredients. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer 5 to 10 minutes or until slightly thickened. Spoon over biscuit crust.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining 1 cup cheese, and bake 5 more minutes.
