Delicious Double layer Chocolate Pie

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 Tbsp. milk or half-and-half
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 (8oz.) tub Cool Whip non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 (6oz.) ready-made chocolate Pie crust
  • 1 1/2 cups cold milk or half-and-half
  • 2 (4 serving size) pkg. Jell-O chocolate instant pudding

Directions

  1. Mix cream cheese, 1 Tbsp. milk and sugar in a large bowl with a wire whisk until smooth.
  2. Stir in 1 1/2 cups whipped topping. Spread on bottom of crust.
  3. In medium bowl pour 1 1/2 cups milk. Add pudding mixes. Beat with sire whisk 1 minute (mixture will be thick).
  4. Stir in remaining whipped topping. Spread over cream cheese layer.
  5. Refrigerate 4 hours or until set.
  6. Garnish with additional whipped topping if desired. Store leftover pie in refrigerator.
