Pork Chops and Potatoes in Mustard Sauce

Ingredients

  • 6-8 pork chops
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 10.75 oz can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup Dijon
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 6 medium potatoes, cut into thin slices
  • 1 onion, sliced

Directions

  1. In skillet, brown pork chops on both sides in hot oil. Drain fat.

  2. In any size slow cooker, mix soup, chicken broth, mustard, thyme, garlic and pepper. Add potatoes and onion, stirring to coat. Place browned pork chops on top of potato mixture. Cover and cook on LOW 8-10 hrs.
