Basil-Parmesan Cauliflower

Ingredients
- 1 lb. cauliflower florets (about 4 cups)
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- Salt and ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup basil leaves, thinly sliced
Directions
- Place cauliflower in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high 5 minutes or until soft. Remove and toss with olive oil and salt and pepper to taste. Divide between two plates and sprinkle with parmesan cheese and
