Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 can (No. 2) crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- Topping:
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1 pkg. (8oz.) cream cheese
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions
- Combine ingredients. Bake 35 to 40 minutes of 350 degrees in an ungreased 9 x13-inch pan.
