Easy Beef Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 (16oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 1 cup (4oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 (32oz.) pkg. seasoned potatoes or tater-tots

Directions

  1. Cook ground beef and salt in a large skillet over medium heat, stirring until meat crumbles and is no longer pink; drain. Spoon ground beef into a lightly greased 2 1/2=quart shallow baking dish.
  2. Layer vegetables, soup,, and cheese over ground beef. Top with potatoes.
  3. Bake casserole at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until potatoes are golden.
