Ingredients
- For the crust:
- 1 sleeve honey graham crackers(about 9 full-sheet rectangles)
- 6 Tbsp. melted butte
- 1/4 granulated sugar
- Filling:
- 2 (8oz.) pkg. cream cheese softened
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- Topping:
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 10-inch pie plate and set aside.
- Using a food processor crush graham crackers. Mix crushed graham crackers, melted butter and sugar. Mix with a fork until well blended, then press into pie plate.
- Combine filling ingredients and mix well. Pour into graham cracker crust. Bake 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, mix the topping ingredients together using a spoon. Remove cheesecake from oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes. After cooling spoon topping onto cake and cook an additional 10 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely before covering and placing in the refrigerator.
