- 16 cups water
- 6 cups of chicken stock
- 2 potatoes
- 2 carrots
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 med. onion
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 2/3 cup canned roasted red pepper
- 1/2 c tomato sauce
- 1/2 c shelled pisatchios
- 1/2 c roast cashews
- 1/2 c parsley
- 1/4 c lemon juice
- 1/4 c butter
- 3 T sugar
- 1/2 t curry powder
- 1/2 t pepper
- 1/4 t thyme
- 1 bay leaf
- dash margoram
- dash nutmeg
