This is a multi-meal casserole which is particularly easy because it requires no measurement: everything comes in store-sized units.

Cook time: 15 minutes
Serves 6 people

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground meat (beef, chicken, turkey, whatever)
  • 1 onion
  • 1 box elbows (16 oz box)
  • 1 can tomato soup (concentrate, e.g. Campbells)
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 spoonful ketchup

Directions

  1. Dice the onion.

  2. Brown the meat in a skillet with the onion.

  3. Boil the elbows as directed on the box.

  4. Mix the soup, sauce and ketchup in a large casserole dish.

  5. When elbows, meat and onion are done, mix them with the tomato mix in the casserole dish.

  6. Good both immediately after cooking, and as leftovers. (Refrigerate leftovers.)
