Ingredients
- 1/3 cup A-1 Original Sauce
- 1/2 cup maple flavored pancake syrup
- 1 can(20oz.) pineapple chunks, drained
- 2 cups carrot slices
- 2 large green peppers, chopped
- 12 chicken wings, tips removed
- 3 cups hot cooked rice
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix A-1 sauce and syrup; set aside.
- Place pineapple, carrots and peppers in foil-lined 15 x10c 1-inch baking pan. Top with chicken wings.
- Bake 30 minutes. Pour A-1 sauce mixture over chicken and vegetables. Continue baking 20 minutes. Spoon over rice.2
