Stove Top Chicken and Noodles

Serves 4 people

Ingredients

  • 1 (10 1/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 2 cups cubed cooked chicken or turkey
  • 3 cups cooked medium egg noodles
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Directions

  1. In a large saucepan mix soup, milk, cheese, pepper, chicken and noodles.. Garnish with parsley and serve.
  2. Over medium heat, heat through, stirring occasionally.
  3. Garnish with parsley and serve.
  4. For 2 cups cubed, cooked chicken; in 2-quart saucepan over medium heat, in 4 cups boiling water, cook 1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cubed, for 5 minutes or until no longer pink.
