Easy Sausage Casserole

Ingredients

  • 8 slices bread, cubed
  • 2 cups sharp cheese, grated
  • 1 lb. hot pork sausage
  • 4 large eggs, beaten
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 3/4 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk

Directions

  1. Place bread cubes in greased 9 × 13 pan. Sprinkle with cheese.
  2. Brown and drain sausage. Add to bread and cheese.
  3. Blend eggs, 2 1/2 cups milk and mustard, pour over ingredients in pan. Refrigerate overnight or several hours.
  4. Blend soup and 1/2 cup milk. Pour over bread. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 300 degrees.
