Ingredients
- 3 baking potatoes
- 1 cup mature Cheddar cheese, grated
- 6 tbsp single cream
- salt and black pepper
Directions

Preheat the oven to 400. Scrub the potatoes and pat dry. Prick each one with a fork and cook directly on the middle shelf for 1 hour 20 minutes.

Remove the potatoes from the oven and halve. Place the halves on a baking sheet and make shallow dips in the center of each potato, raising the potato up at the edges.

Mix the cheese and cream together and divide between the potatoes.

Grill for 5 minutes until the cheese has melted and started to bubble. Serve hot, sprinkled with sea salt and black pepper.
