Ingredients
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup white corn syrup
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup margarine, melted
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cups pecan halves
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust
Directions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine eggs, sugar, syrups, melted margarine, salt and vanilla and mix well. Pour into unbaked pie shell.
- Arrange pecan halves, top side up, over filling. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour or until set. If crust browns too quickly, reduce oven to 325 degrees.
