Ingredients

• box red velvet cake mix
• - 2 eggs
• - 1/3 cup oil
• - Powdered sugar

Directions

1. Mix together the cake mix, eggs, and oil. Roll about 1 Tbsp. at a time in powdered sugar, and place on a baking sheet (a cookie scooper works really well). Press down on the cookies slightly with the bottom of a glass. Bake at 375°F/190°C for 9 minutes.
