Daddy Hass’ Sauce

“almost tomato -free” barbecue sauce

Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 tsp. chile powder
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Kitchen Bouquet
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Heinz 57
Directions
- Combine dry ingredients and mix well. Add the vinegar, stirring to dissolve the sugar, then add the kitchen bouquet, soy sauce liquid smoke, Worcestershire sauce and Heinz 57 and mix until thoroughly combined. Transfer mixture to a jar and refrigerate until ready to use. Mixture will keep for 2 to 3 months.
