Ham-and-Asparagus Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine softened
  • 2 small garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 (16oz.) round bread loaf, split
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 16 Praline-Mustard Glazed Ham slices
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen asparagus spears, thawed
  • 1 (6oz.) pkg. Muenster cheese slices
  • 1 (6oz.) pkg. Swiss cheese slices

Directions

  1. Stir together butter and garlic.
  2. Spread butter mixture evenly over bottom half of bread. Spread mayonnaise evenly over top half of bread. Layer bottom half evenly with ham slices, asparagus, and cheese slices; place on a baking sheet.
  3. Broil 2 inches from heat 1 minute or just until cheese melts. Top with remaining bread half.
