Ingredients
- 1 cup low-fat granola
- 1 cup regular or quick cooking rolled oats
- 1/2 cup mixed nuts
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 egg, beaten
- 3 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. canola or cooking oil
- 3 Tbsp. honey
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line an 8×8×2-inch baking pan with foil. Grease the foil; set pan aside. Combine granola oats, nuts, flour and raisins in a large mixing bowl. Stir together egg, brown sugar, oil honey, and cinnamon in a bowl. Stir into granola mixture until well-coated. Press evenly into the pan.
- Bake for 125 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned around the edges. Cool on a wire rack. Cut into bars. Use foil to remove bars from pan.
