Ingredients
- 1 lb. fresh asparagus
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
- Garnish: lemon slices
Directions
- Snap off tough ends of asparagus. Drizzle asparagus with oil.
- Grill, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat (350 to 400 degrees) 2 minutes on each side or until crisp-tender; drizzle with lemon juice, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover and chill at least 2 hours. Garnish, if desired.
