Grilled Asparagus

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. fresh asparagus
  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
  • Garnish: lemon slices

Directions

  1. Snap off tough ends of asparagus. Drizzle asparagus with oil.
  2. Grill, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat (350 to 400 degrees) 2 minutes on each side or until crisp-tender; drizzle with lemon juice, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover and chill at least 2 hours. Garnish, if desired.
