Horseradish Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
- 8 large baking potatoes
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 3 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
- 2 Tbsp. sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1/2 cup (2oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 4 bacon slices cooked and crumbled
Directions
- Pierce potatoes with fork, and bake at 450 degrees for 1 hour or until done. Cool slightly. Split potatoes, and remove pulp; discard skins. Mash pulp in a large bowl.
- Stir butter and next 7 ingredients into potato. Sprinkle evenly with bacon. Serve immediately.
