Herb Focaccia

Ingredients

  • 1 (11 oz.) can refrigerated French bread dough
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1 tsp. freshly ground pepper
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1 tsp. dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp. dried thyme

Directions

  1. Unroll dough into a 15 × 10 inch jellyroll pan, and flatten slightly.
  2. Press handle of a wooden spoon into dough to make indentions at 1-inch intervals; drizzle with oil, and sprinkle with salt and remaining ingredients.
  3. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cut bread into rectangles, and serve warm with marinara sauce, if desired.
