Milk Punch

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 quart half-and-half
  • 1 cup brandy
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • Nutmeg

Directions

  1. Bring sugar and 1/2 cup water to a boil in a saucepan over medium heat, and cook, stirring constantly, 5 minutes or until syrup consistency. Let cool.
  2. Stir together cooled syrup, half-and-half brandy, and vanilla. Serve over ice. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
