Peppery Grilled Sirloin

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 1/2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice (about 1 to 2 limes)
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. powdered ginger
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
- 4 (3/4-inch-thick)top sirloin steaks
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions
- Combine first 7 ingredients in a large shallow dish or heavy-duty zip-top plastic bag; add steaks. Cover or seal, and chill at least 2 1/2 hours, turning occasionally.
- Remove steaks, reserving marinade for basting. Sprinkle steaks with salt.
- Grill, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat (350 to 400 degrees). basting often with reserved marinade, 7 minutes on each side or to desired doneness. Discard any excess marinade.
