Shrimp and Bacon in Barbecue Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 lbs. frozen uncooked peeled and deveined medium shrimp, thawed
- 2 tsp. barbecue seasoning
- 6 slices thick bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Campbell's Condensed Tomato Soup
- 3 Tbsp. honey
- 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- Toasted baguette slices or crackers
Directions
- Pat dry shrimp on paper towels. Toss with barbecue seasoning in a bowl.
- Cook bacon until crisp in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain bacon on paper towels.
- Reserve 1 Tbsp. drippings in skillet; add shrimp and sauté 3 to 4 minutes or until firm and pink.
- Pour tomato soup, honey, vinegar, and bacon into skillet; bring to a simmer, stirring constantly. Simmer 30 seconds. Serve with toasted baguette slices or crackers.
