Ingredients
- 1C Pamela's pancake mix
- 1t ginger
- 1t cinnamon
- 1/4C molasses
- 3/4C milk
- 2 eggs beaten
- 4T butter melted
- 1C raisins
- If Pamela's Mix is not available, add 1 1/2t baking powder and 1/8 t salt to 1C flour
Directions

Add ginger and cinnamon to Pamela’s mix

Mix molasses and milk together

Mix in eggs and butter

Add liquid mixture to dry mix

Stir until smooth

Add raisins
