Ingredients
- 18 oz tube polenta
- flour
- vegetable oil
- grated Parmesan
- mixed herbs
- salt and pepper
Directions

Slice polenta into 1/2-inch thick fries. Working in batches, dredge the fries in flour and deep-fry in 1-inch of oil until lightly golden brown and crisp. Remove and drain on a paper towel-lined plate; sprinkle with grated Parmesan and chopped mixed herbs. Season with salt and pepper.
