Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 cup Key lime juice
- 1 1/2 tsp grated lime zest
- 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 graham cracker crust (6 oz)
- 1 1/2 cups whipped topping
Directions

Preheat the oven to 350. Beat the eggs and egg white with a whisk or a mixer until blended. Stir in the juice, zest and milk and beat until well blended.

Pour the mixture into the crust. Bake on the center oven rack for about 20 minutes, until the center is set but still wobbly. Allow the pie to cool on the counter, then cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Before eating, spread the whipped topping evenly over the filling.
