Tater Tot-chos

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 envelope taco seasoning
  • 4 cups baked mini Tater tots
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup taco sauce
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives

Directions

  1. In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat -8 minutes, breaking into crumbles; drain. Stir in taco seasoning and 2/3 cup water. Bring to a boil; cook and stir 2 minutes or until thickened.

  2. Among six bowls, layer tater tots, beef mixture, cheddar, lettuce, sour cream, taco sauce and olives.
