Cheese-Scalloped Corn

Ingredients

  • 1 16 oz. can cream-style corn
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/4 cup chopped olives
  • 1 can water chestnuts, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped fine
  • 2 cups French- style green beans, drained
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients. Pour into 2 1/2 or 3-quart casserole dish. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
