Ingredients
- 1st layer:
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 stick margarine
- 1 cup chopped pecans, divided use
- 2nd layer:
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 large (16oz.) carton Cool Whip, divided use
- 3rd layer:
- 2 pkg. instant chocolate pudding (reg. size)
- 3 cups cold milk
Directions
- Mix all ingredients for 1st layer and spread on bottom of 9 × 13 or 9 x15 inch baking dish. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool completely.
- For 2nd layer, mix sugar and cream cheese until creamy, then fold half of the Cool Whip. Spread over 1 st layer. Refrigerate until set.
- For 3rd layer, mix pudding and milk, then spread over 2nd layer. Chill until set. Top with remaining Cool Whip, then chopped nuts.
