Baked Fig Bites

Ingredients
- 14 small fresh figs stemmed and halved
- 10 oz. Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
- 1 tsp. finely chopped fresh rosemary
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 lb. thinly sliced country ham, cut in half lengthwise
- Garnish: fresh rosemary sprigs
Directions
- Top each fig half evenly with Gorgonzola cheese, and sprinkle evenly with rosemary and pepper. Wrap ham around each fig securing with wooden picks; place rolls, seam side down, on an aluminum foil-lined baking sheet.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until cheese melts. Garnish if desired.

10 oz. crumbled blue cheese may be substituted for crumbled Gorgonzola cheese.
