Walnut Mincemeat Pie

Ingredients
- 2 egg
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 2 cups prepared mincemeat
- 1/2 cups chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 1 unbaked pastry shell (9-inches)
Directions
- Ina mixing bowl, lightly beat eggs. Combine sugar, flour and salt; gradually add to eggs. Stir in mincemeat, nuts and butter; pour into pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 325 degrees; bake 35-40 minutes or until knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool completely. Store in refrigerator. Serve with a scoop of ice cream, if desired.
