Vegetable Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 cans Veg-All vegetables, drained
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts drained
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 3/4 cup Miracle Whip salad dressing
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- Topping:
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 can French fried onion rings
- 1/2 stick margarine, melted
Directions
- Mix first 5 ingredients together, and place in a 12 × 7 1/2 × 2 inch baking dish, that has been sprayed with nonstick coating.
- Top with remaining cheese and French fried onions. Drizzle with the margarine.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
