Carribbean Chicken Fingers

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. light brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1 tsp. dried minced onion
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1 lb. chicken tenders

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, seasoned salt, dried minced onion, cinnamon and pepper; mix well.
  2. Coat chicken tenders with seasonings. Broil on a pan coated with cooking spray 3 minutes per side or until cooked through.
