Ingredients
- 2 tbsp each olive oil and unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 tsp minced lemon zest
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
- 1 demi baguette, halved lengthwise
- 2 tbsp grated pecorino
- chopped fresh parsley
Directions

Preheat broiler to high with rack 6 inches from element. Line a baking sheet with foil.

Combine oil, butter, zest and oregano; spread on cut sides of baguette and arrange on prepared baking sheet.

Sprinkle pecorino over butter mixture. Broil bread until golden, 2 minutes; garnish with parsley.
