Ingredients
- 2 lb petite button mushrooms
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- salt and black pepper to taste
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tbsp minced fresh garlic
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice

Preheat oven to 425.

Toss mushrooms with oil and season with salt and pepper. Transfer mushrooms to a baking sheet and roast until tender and browned , and moisture is released and evaporated, about 20 minutes.

Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Add garlic; cook until fragrant, 3-4 minutes. Stir in parsley and lemon juice and toss with mushrooms while still hot; serve immediately.
