Ingredients

- 2 lbs potatoes, cut into 1-inch dice
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 2 scallions, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp chopped dill
Directions

Fill a medium saucepan with water and add salt. Add the potatoes and cook for about 15-20 minutes, until they are fork-tender.

Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add the yogurt, milk, salt, olive oil and scallions. Mash to the desired consistency using a potato masher.

Add additional salt or milk, if needed and serve garnished with the dill.
