Moroccan Chermoula

Ingredients

  • 1 cup packed cilantro
  • 1/2 cup packed parsley
  • 4 garlic cloves, peeled
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • salt
  • 1/2 cup olive oil

Directions

  1. In a food processor, combine the cilantro, parsley, garlic and pulse until finely minced.

  2. Add the lemon juice, paprika, cumin, cayenne, and salt and pulse to combine.

  3. With the food processor running, add the olive oil in a thin stream and process until the sauce is smooth and well combined.
