Cream Cheese Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lb. baking potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. fat-free cream cheese, softened
- 3 Tbsp. reduced-calorie margarine, softened
- 1 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 to 1 tsp. pepper
- Vegetable cooking spray
Directions
- Cook potatoes in boiling water to cover in a Dutch oven 25 minutes or until tender. Drain.
- Beat potatoes, fat-free cream cheese, and next 4 ingredients in a large mixing bowl at medium speed with an electric mixture into a 9-inch square baking dish coated with vegetable

- Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes or unrtil thoroughly heated.
